I sell 5 Copys L.A. Noire Complete, Games are away, Keys and Refs in Bot Backpack, but the Keys not show in Inventory and i can't Transfer the Keys to my Backpack.

In Shop History the Trade is not to see, but you can look in the Bot Backpack, the Keys are there but i can't get them, need help, please fix that Problem, my English is worst, but i try my best to say the Situation.
I sell 3 copys Tomb Raider GOTY after that, and that Keys was no Problem, they are shown and i have transfer they to my Backpack, it is only the Keys from LA Noire that i can't get, i hope you understand all.
