Any site being loaded only 50% meaning, half of the sites offered gifts and requested payment is invisible:
(one might make them visible by clicking the specific shop, but even there this bug occurs)
And its not my browser nor the cookies (i've deleted those countless times).

same here, its been reported before but so far nothing is resolved.

We cannot resolve this because this looks like a problem with Cloudflare but not sure what it is. This has never happened to me as well.
