Hi, I exchanged refined metals to credits, but as trade didn't go through, i decided to change them back by clicking "convert to refined metal" in settings. Since then, I don't have anything anymore. No credits and no metal. What can I do to get back my refined metal?

Metals are in your shop inventory after convert to refined metal.
