Currently waiting on a gift (Binding of Isaac: Rebirth) after paying 4 keys for it, I don't mind if I either get the gift or the keys back, but I'd prefer the keys back to be honest.

I could now confirm the gift is not sent. You can get back the 5 keys from your shop inventory.
