The bot doesn't actually have the game in the inventory so it can't offer the game, I just shows that I offer 2 keys and the bot does nothing.Any idea on how to fix this?

This is normal, the bot will send you the item via gift (not from the trade window) if the gift is untradable (bought for less than 30 days). You will first send the keys then receive the gift.
