I was wondering how do I transfer not tradable games for my dispenser bote??

First of all, you need to send the bot gifts with the gifting option. You can add the bot as friend here: http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ Put your SteamID64 in the Invite Friend field and the bot will send you a friend request.

After you have sent the bot gifting offers, press the 'Accept Gift' button under Inventory.

I noticed what does not send the cs go for gift for those who already have it activated in steam account.
I have some copies for sale in dispenser, will it be no problems, because the dispenser bot not able to send the cs go??

The bot will send the gifts regardless if people have already activated the game or not.
I do not understand what do you mean by 'bot not able to send cs:go', they indeed could send CS:GO.

I already some times to send the cs go for gift through my steam account, and does not work to those who already have the cs go activated in steam account...
but if the bot dispenser always work I already am more rested.

You can add your friend's Steam ID to your bot's whitelist and the bot will accept gift offer from your friend: https://ssl.dispenser.tf/view_security/
You could also use the Invite Friend feature to have the bot add your friend to the friendlist if needed: http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/
