The Steam Gifts category does not show untradable gifts.

On how to send untradable gifts to the bot:

First of all, add the bot as friend via http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ , under Invite Friend, put in your SteamID64, you should receive a friend invite.

The "Accept Game Gift" button is used after you sent gifts to the bot from your Steam account. It is to notify the bot to receive the gifts.

There was actually no problem as my bot was added already to my friends.
