No, you wont be banned. There are LOT of gift and key selling for real life money (incl. bitcoin, paypal) happening around. Biggest problem is that users familiar with bitcoin are minority, and therefore expect very low bitcoin trade count.
Simplest way to cash money out of steam is selling keys for paypal. Just sell in small amounts to avoid chargebacks or try to find reputable bulk buyers.
