Trying to clear out some shop inventory, did one transfer and everything went fine.
Now I can't do anything because I have maximum tasks open, last task was over an hour ago.
Anything that I can do to help this or do I have to wait for it to clear up?

This is due to Steam not Dispenser. It's happening for a lot of people, you can only wait so the API will fix by itself. This can take even a whole day if the lag continues.
