Hi again!

I've reported this some hours ago and it was fixed for some hours and then went back to red light again. When i check my inventory there's plenty CS keys left.

Please fix this issue i'm having, thanks!

This is not an issue we can fix. The 'light' is an indicator of Steam's Item API health status. If it's down only Valve could get it back up.
