hi i bought 30keys from another shop, now the keys wont show up in my shop inventory and i have this message:

Your shop inventory is full! Your shop will be hidden from the front page and search results until the item count falls back below the limit. Please consider withdrawing some items.

The problem is i cant withdraw anything since the keys dont show up.
please help
