i do as it says "Install the 'Google Authenticator' app into your mobile phone" and but when i scan the following QR code with the 'Google Authenticator' app , nothing happens .

Have you tried using google authenticator on another service, such as a google account? Just to confirm google authenticator on your device is working right before we continue.
