I bought a GTA V gift for 20 tf2 keys here: https://dispenser.tf/trade/161817/
But the gift was reinvoked after 2-3 mins, that shop is now closed because the user is banned.
I wrote a ticked to Steam Support but I think they won't give back that gift, so I should ask the shop owner to give back my keys or what? (I know his steam)
Pls help :/

I am afraid he intentionally tried to scam and he won't refund you. Steam also won't refund you as the gift was untradable. If you know about his main account you should report it to Steam. |
