Hello, I realized that "Free" Account doesn't have permission to trade high value items like game gifts. It gave error message that I have to have personal bot to trade, which is VIP perks.

However, I realized advanced group have permission to trade gifts like here(Link Below) So, If I donate $5 and earn basic rank, am I allowed to trade gift games?

Nope. Those trades are probably made more than 6 months ago when we have not made this change. You cannot deposit game gifts without VIP status.

They are items like TF2 unusual. Nothing to do with game gifts.

Or I should just simply restate that since around half an year ago, a change was made that only VIP can deposit game gifts (but non-VIP who deposit their gifts prior to the change can continue to sell them).
