Dispenser.tf API? - Page 1

I noticed there is an application key to use the Dispenser API. Is there a documentation for the API as well, so we know what the commands are?

Joto	Aug. 1, 2015, 5:40 a.m. It has not been completed at the end as we have many other problems to deal with. There will be of course documentation if we have ever completed it.

Could I get an estimate of when the API documentation will be ready? I know a lot has happened since last I asked, but I'd like to know.
