I added 2 CS-GO keys for credit but the credit wasn't awarded
at the bottom of the page I have this message:
1918159 Key Credit Transaction N/A Dispenser.tf Vault 02 2015-07-31 13:40 Waiting for Steam
I have also tried added more keys but I am not receiving these trades I'm guessing due to these 2 keys being stuck in limbo

Can you show a screeenshot of your Steam inventory history to show that which bot you have traded the keys to?
