Edit: Just saw the forum post about btc issues, how about extending the help with this information. That would help alot.

Well, it has been credited now. The thing was, the help described one confirmation is needed, but it is needed for the second transaction, from the "credit" wallet to the dispenser.tf wallet.
That's why I think it would help to extend the deposit page for bitcoin (http://dispenser.tf/s/faq/bitcoin/), with the information you posted in the forum.
