I deposited some btc on the site ~4 hours ago, and got 10+ confirmations on the first transaction; however on the second that involved blockchain -> dispenser wallet still got 0 even though it occured 1 second after my first transaction.

Why did this happen?

Also, there's a message on blockchain by the second transaction: "This transaction spends an input which is unconfirmed" Which is simply not true now (even though it probably was when the chain->disp transaction went through).

First Transaction (Me-> Adress found on disp [Probably Blockchain address]):

Second transaction (Chain->Disp):

As I see it was reverted to the Blockchain wallet. I guess Joto it's your turn to withdraw it from there...

Joto, i saw you were on dispenser since my topic was opened. I know 24 hours didn't pass but it's obvious it won't go through...

I think you have to credit it manually.

I have no control over that blockchain.info temp wallet. I sent a ticket to blockchain.info and asked them for help.

EDIT: blockchain.info says they have no control as well. Given time it should go back to your wallet.

Lol..... this is ridiculous.

Then I have two questions:
- Approximately when will this "given time" come?
- Can I know why this happened, to avoid it next time, or we have no fckin idea?

/edit: I tried to contact them with the issue but they got rid of me with some template message - probably without reading what I wrote.
Joto, did they write to you that they'll automatically send me back the btc?

This is their reply to me:

" Hello,

Including the appropriate fee gives a transaction a higher chance of confirming faster. An unconfirmed transaction will eventually be accepted into a block by whichever mining pool mines the block, or the transaction will eventually be rejected by the bitcoin network after an estimated one to seven days. If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Like all wallet providers, Blockchain.info has absolutely no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network of miners, of which we are not a part of.

You can read more on how transaction confirmations work via the following link - http://blog.blockchain.com/2014/10/29/quick-bit-understanding-bitcoin-transaction-fees/. The bitcoin wiki also has a useful section on transaction fees - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees. Blockchain.info does not charge users for sending transactions. These fees are collected by the mining network. "

I seriously have no idea how it works. They seem to be saying that the BTC has not reached them as well and has been rejected by the network.

In fact I think someone is wrong about them as there is a number of user deposit also stuck somewhere limbo similar to the state as yours. Looks like their redirecting service is down again.

Nice, a template answer again...
The thing is, my btc didn't got transfered back after one day to me but to the blockchain wallet. Are you 100% sure this is a blockchain temporary wallet that you gave us under the Credit subsite?

https://blockchain.info/tx/246b9316c7c4869ec8ec7a19bda4ad436e0275caf96a6bcb13d5f79e2c2c392a

I sent them an e-mail again, as I think this case won't solve itself. Btw calling the address temporary is a bit misleading; it wasn't easy to find this page with googling for that (https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive).

/e: They closed it and merged it into another case. I hate this fucking BTC thing and the bureaucratic built of blockchain.

Joto, please help me sending a new e-mail to them!

Joto, was that you sending an additional amount to free my money from the chain?

In case yes, I'm really grateful for doing this. I thought the only way would fighting myself through the support. (You can remove the additional BTC from me somehow)
