I think the order was cancelled because of a trade error.
If you look in the "History" tab, you should probably see that the Falchion key trade was "cancelled". In this case, no BTC is transferred.
Being "Filled" only means that the order had a suitable match and the system had tried to match it. But the items may have failed to transfer because of Steam errors or other errors.
