Because we need to redirect the transaction from BlockCypher (which involves one extra transaction), and the fee of redirection is 0.0001 BTC by default, which is too low nowadays. Unfortunately your transactions (like many others) are still stuck on this second transaction.

We update the system to allow users to set the redirect fee by regenerating a new deposit address. Unfortunately you cannot do it when you still have a pending transaction.
