Partner Offline - Page 1

Dispenser 20 will not trade with me. On the Queue page, the status of the trade is "Partner Offline". Both I and the bot are online. I tried closing and reopening my shop, but I was assigned Dispenser 20 again. What can I do to fix this?

If it's partner offline that means you are offline, try log out and log in Steam again.

I am having the same problem with Dispenser 19. Restarting Steam is not helping.

Edit: I tried the same trade with Dispenser 19 again. It worked this time. I assumed the bot would wait for me to come online and initiate the trade.
