Hello, I successfully deposited key credit and ordered a Steam Gift item (a Steam game), but the exchange from my "item shop" to my steam account has been retrying over and over for an hour. I have logged out and reset my trade URL, updating it on dispenser.tf as well, but have not received any trade offer. If I go into my item shop inventory, everything is greyed out and I am unable to withdraw the item or click on it.
