Buying untradable gifts is always risky. If possible, you should buy a tradable one.
For whatever reason you wish to cancel the purchase, you have to accept the game delivered to you, then negotiate with the shop owner. Dispenser.tf cannot help you to cancel trades.
If the game is revoked by Steam later, ask the shop owner for a refund. If you suspect the shop owner scam intentionally, please report to us as soon as possible. However, you are very likely to lose both the credit and the game.
