I have investigated and found multiple "alternate accounts" by his name. He's profile is still Private and he's always dragging the topic to some nonsense facts and doesn't really want to answer anything.
- Where are the KEYS Olaf? If you lost more than any of these people then where are the KEYS? I checked roughly you took out about 500 KEYS from your "Bot", and who knows how much more "GTA V" you sold through Steam by yourself..
You said you were selling approximately about 26 Gifts? With those Keys you could refund them all or at least 90% if you REALLY wanted to refund you could do it but you won't! Nobody really knows what happened to the Keys and you can say anything in your defence but nothing is 100% true because you have so many "alternate accounts" that you could easily trade away the keys so fast or sell it that nobody would know what really happened. I feel really sorry for these people you scammed and I know that Olaf planned this and executed it how he wanted to. I ran into scammers like Olaf they would try to explain themselves and provide very little evidence just so these gullible people would actually believe him. By the way I am helping the SteamTrades/Steamgifts/Steam Community to fight these "smart" scammers everyday. I even have a thread on SteamGifts (ex SteamTrades) for almost a full year. There are people warning others, reporting scammers with actual evidence and everybody is trying to keep the Steam Community safer and to help maintain a safe trading experience for everybody. I even dedicate hours and hours when people need advices and help to fight scammers like "Olaf" or even worse and I do all this for Free not because I need to do it but because I WANT TO DO IT.

A dispenser forum doesn't have the power to change anything, but steam has. ;) Thanks anyway for letting everyone know.

You can't get a refund from Steam because you didn't trade in a normal Steam Trade window because the game was gifted to you. "Olaf" the scammer who scammed everyone with his 2 alternate accounts that revoked the fraudulently purchased "GTA V" copies will not refund it's obvious now that he is the scammer. His "WMZ scammer person" story were fake. By the way Dispenser is not responsible for any revoked Gifts, it's your own choice to trust that specific trader and to buy Untradable Gift(s). Long story short, you can't get a refund.
