It haven't decline or something. It just haven't do anything for my trade offer. It happened around 8 hours (at least) until now. Please fix it. Thank you.

ok, bot declined my trade offer finally, but the status bar haven't appear to tell me why decline it. Maybe this happen when Steam TF2 API Empty Response.
I think the bot should stop working when the API not work and keep all trade offer until API work. (But when I open this post (July 12, 2014, 6:50 p.m.), the item API is working.)
