a) On how to withdraw items purchased with BTC:

The onsite purchase option moves the items from the seller's inventory to yours. From this point, you can either withdraw the items or exchange other items with the items in your inventory. If you would like to withdraw from your Dispenser.tf inventory, accessed it via http://dispenser.tf/myshop/. You will find the items you have bought with onsite purchase there. Select (highlight) the items and proceed with the 'Withdraw/Transfer' option. Select 'Withdraw to Backpack', you will receive a trade offer from the bot shortly.

b) On deposit not being credited:

Before anything, check if your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain via http://blockchain.info

As we use the blockchain.info forwarding service, there are two possible reasons for further delay:

1. Your BTC deposit actually involves 2 transfers. The first one is from your wallet to the blockchain.info wallet and the second one is from the blockchain.info wallet to ours. The confirmations from where you deposit only implies that your BTC has reached the blockchain.info wallet. It will take time for further confirmations from their wallet to ours.

2. After all the confirmations are completed, we have to wait for the blockchain.info API to send a callback in order for us to acknowledge the transaction and update the database. This process may have certain delay.

Basically, your BTC will be credited eventually as long as you get at least 1 confirmation on the Blockchain. You do not have to worry about it too much.

c) On minimum deposit amount:

The minimum deposit amount is 0.0005 (after fee), which is required for the blockchain.info API (details: https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive) to process the transaction. If you have made deposit of <0.0005 BTC, you have to make additional deposit to make up the minimum amount.

Please report here only if your BTC is not credited after 24 hours, with the following information

1. Time of your withdrawal from the source wallet.
2. The amount of BTC.
3. The txnid of your transaction.

Your case will not be investigated if you miss any of the above information or your deposit is not yet delayed for 24 hours or more

All these days transactions were stucked, because these fees were set to 0.0001BTC(same as 26-52 sat/Byte).
PLEASE DON'T SET transaction fee under 100.00 sat/B, because confirmations will be always delay.(see attached)

We will adjust the sending fee to 160 satoshi/Byte, but we cannot update the fee for all transaction so you may have to wait a bit if your transaction is still not settled.

More than 20 hours that the withdrawal of bitcoin is locked on pending..

guys the fees is way too low, im not even sure if im going to receive my transaction (0,44 btc not pennys) with 20satoshi/b ..
its the lowest bar on fees, hope that i will get it, but really what the fuck i needed those a little faster than 3-4 days if everything goes well..

Will increase the minimal withdrawal fee to 0.001 BTC.

Yeah, but the withdraw that you sended to me of 0,44 will never come with the fees that you put : https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Also you need to implement dynamic fees not static, static will do nothing..

just to be clear, i got a transaction locked from 5 days for a 50satoshi/byte and still not cleared, can you reset your wallet and resend it with an appropriate fee? will you refund my 0,44 btc if those dont come throug ( and trust me thats absolutely a possibility)?

It is just on the blockchain for 1 day. You do not have to worry about it so soon. The Bitcoin network condition isn't good recently and many transactions are stuck. Of course I will send again if it fails to get any confirmation. However, the fee cannot be increased now. Next time if you withdraw you can choose a 0.001 or 0.0015 fee.

You are right about its just a day, but in the last month there were just a couple of days with less than 10k transaction on blockchain and with 20satoshi/byte they probably didnt clear even on those days..
Anyway as long as im getting a refund in a decent time its all allright..
Personally i will not use anymore this service as long as real dynamic fees are implemented, 0,0015 on half btc is just a little bit better than 0,001 specially with the high numbers of transaction in the network..

so my dispenser account not deposited.

Had the same issue on my most recent withdraw to 19jWbLo9ab1YFjiKLYhXjDgZupWXKMDGMJ at 1488304302 which involved 0.69220536 BTC.

Here we go: "Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database."
TX ID: blockchain.info/tx/7cb7a2c20b1cf50de9a45dfebcdeab66ad039c793d2bf70a4322290f216712df

Just credit those to my account again, so I can start another withdraw or resend them, if possible with like 0,0015 fee.

The TX went through somehow. Alright.

a head up to everyone with connection stucks, use this tool from viabtc ( a mining pool) to get your TX in their blocks

Sadly it work for just 100TX for hour so you need to be at the minute 0 of the hour to get onto the accelerated transaction.
with this tool i got my 0,44btc at 20satoshy/byte in less than an hour, but please dont abuse this tool cause is not the solution for the bitcoin problem..
just open your voice and switch from r/bitcoin to r/btc
