I ordered 9keys from joto's store and I didnt have enough btc to pay the purchase fee. Now that I added money it paid the fee and I never got the keys put into my inventory. I would like to know is happening with either the keys or my btc. Thanks

It has nothing to do with fees. As long as you are able to initiate the purchase it means that you have sufficient assets. The 9 keys being missing was an error here. I have sent you the keys back to your shop inventory.
