I've been trying to purchase from http://dispenser.tf/trade/118434/ for the past hour with no success. Trade offer keeps getting cancelled due to trade error (28). Restarted Steam as troubleshooting suggested and tried again to no avail. On my last attempt, the 2 Dota 2 keys I offered previously are suddenly missing from my inventory and now the current queue is stuck trying to resend the offer. It's been 38 minutes now and nothing has changed. Could you perhaps review this situation for me?
