Buy key with bitcoin but problem appear

So finally on site purchase is on. But if i buy keys, my btc will gone and no key appear in my inventory and after a few minute my btc balance is back as default, my money returned, it is a bug?

EDIT

It say my transaction is reverted

Pls i need buy keys as fast as i can

Just retry, maybe from another shop.

I was tried in other shop too..

And I was tried it about 6 hour. But everytime after i'm buhly keys with bitcoin and after 3 min, the transaction always reverted . Can you fix .

I tried in two different shops
