Its normal. Popularity is calculated something like:
tradecount(now - 1 month; now) * N
where tradecount is trades done in last 30days or month (dunno how dispenser implements this) and N is popularity points per trade.
So if you completed 30 trades today, but exactly month ago you completed 90, your score will go down. So basically in first month of botshops life popularity will go only upwards, and after that it will go both up and down (according how good the day was comparing to day month ago).
