Shop inventory full error - Page 1

My dispenser shop inventory is full. This message is displayed on my shop. I only have 27 items in it. Have you decreased my inventory limit? or is something wrong with my shop?

I think its a free account so not allowed more than 10 items in it. Anyways, what are my options and certainly believe this could be causing withdraw errors when ever I try to transfer these items to steam
