There's 15 keys I'd like to withdraw from my bot, however they're not shown on the myshop page for withdrawal; you can still see them if you check their steam inventory on Steam though.

I know it's been more than several hours since the keys have been in there, perhaps days, given the keys age.
Is there something I need to do to obtain those missing keys or is it something entirely on the database?

I thought this belonged here instead of the "Missing Items" thread given those dealt with the Logistics Bot.
