Same here for last few days. I find if I break it down into smaller offers it helps but mostly my offers are declined.

Try deposit only one type of item at a time, especially when your offer contains >100 items. Also avoid depositing CS:GO items at all unless you have already checked that the API is working. Offers are declined when the information of one or more items could not be retrieved (i.e. when one of the many APIs is down).
