I deposited 3 CS GO keys and 1 operation breakout pass in my shop after a lot of tries, but now i cant withdraw or maket rade with this itmes, seems blocked. When i click on USABLE ONLY they dissapear.

Well, like I said for a numerous of times, the CS:GO item API is very unstable so it is normal they get stuck in logistics. Give it some time and they will be moved eventually.
