you are not alone, lots of users including me experience this. I managed to find workaround. Works better with firefox:
1) refresh admin page and see if all tradeoffer gift images are loaded (images in tradeoffers, not inventory)
2) restart with step 1) if images were not loaded, otherwise click buttons
3) if buttons dont work (usually works at this moment) restart
Doing this s** i managed to withdraw some keys and even create some new tradeoffers.
