I recently tried buying a copy of Road Redemption for 5 TF2 keys and a tour of duty ticket. I got the desired items, selected the game, chose my payment method and sent a trade. But whenever I try to send the request, it keeps giving me a message, basically saying I don't have the needed items when I do.
Please help.

your ToD is not tradable
Just visited your inventory, it says: Not Tradable, Not Marketable

IIRC, when you (item owner) click on item recently bought off mann store (not market), you should see when it will become tradable. This is steam issue.
