Hello 위현우,
Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
We apologize for the delay.
It appears the gifted title has been removed due to a billing error in the original purchase.
Our records indicate that your account received the game via a successful Steam Trade. However, you did not trade away any items/gifts in return for the game on your account.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to replace the game.

Try contacting shops owner. If he does not refund, you can leave negative feedback for his shop using rating system.

Also seems steam support is playing dumb as usual - "However, you did not trade away any items/gifts in return for the game on your account." In screenshots provided its quite visible that you traded multiple keys for that gift.

And he is being removed continue my comments.

Add negative rating to his shop than. Anyways - humans at their best. I dont understand how hard it could be to take responsibility about revoked gifts. Next time dont resell, or choose your suppliers more wisely.
This rant goes toward shop owner btw.

In my opinion those that have sold revoked gift should refund their clients or get banned from dispenser.
Because if they do not refund their clients they're scammers.
The one reselling the gifts is responsible for what he sells, period. The clients of the reseller trust the reseller to sell them legit stuff, so he's responsible. The reseller is the one who trusted the original seller, so it's his mistake.

@OP, please make a report at steamrep.com if he doesn't refund.

Right, now is your friend. Earlier today you told me it was your "customer" and that you were a reseller in Korea.

I told him 3 times to contact steam support from his account, not his buyer's account. Steam will check his trade history and will be able to get the keys back. I was thinking in giving him the keys if steam really doesn't help, but didn't tell him, cause maybe if he gets those keys back from steam, he can tell me that didn't got anything and he will get away with more keys.

The thing is, he didn't listen and was saying the same all the time "you sell no bill game" or something like that. And then gave me -rep in the middle of the conversation. Busy at work, I was like "f*ck this" and deleted him. Thinking that he will get the keys back from steam and if he doesn't he will add me again.

I just added him to give the keys, I just don't have time for this. I'd rather give the keys than talking to him again.

Solved.
