Joto	Nov. 17, 2014, 5:59 a.m. Because your bot is full. The total of 2000 is for Steam gifts or other community items only. Obviously if you have never applied any TF2 backpack expander to the bot it won't be able to store 300+ items.

These days my customers say the same thing.
I guess my bot dosen't reach the limit.
My TF2 items were like "120/300."
(I have just reduced them to 26/300.)

There is a total limit on top of the one for a particular game. It cannot be full for either one of them.
