If you have not received any offer of untradable gifts after 5-10 minutes of purchase, please kindly report your case here with the following information:
1. The time of purchase (preferably the time stated on the Steam Inventory History).
2. The shop / trade URL.
3. The item of purchase and payment, and state how many are received/missing.
NOTE: You have to accept any friend invite coming from the bot in order to receive the gifts. If you have previously ignore the bot's friend invite (which will automatically put the bot in your block list), please do the following:
1. Send http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051653341 a friend invite and wait for it to send you back a friend invite (The bot won't accept your friend invite, but your friend invite would unblock the bot from sending you one.).
2. If (1) does not work, block the bot using the "Block all communication" option, and then unblock it.

I'm also completely unable to send and receive items and/or add my bot as a friend. There are a few things that you should try: 1. When I try to send you a trade offer, Steam says that your inventory is private. Check if any of the options are private or if the "hiding Steam gift box" is checked. 2. Your inventory has close to 3000 gifts causes problems here because the inventory json will cut off some backpack information. If possible keep it below 2000. 3. For adding bot as friend, first send the bot a friend invite, then go to https://dispenser.tf/view_security/ and use the "Refresh Bot Friends" button. 4. Make sure you are accessing the pages with https. When you access any button and scripts on this sites, if you are not sending through https the requests are dropped automatically. 5. Added 1 credit for the missing Oddworld gift. The other two untradable that you just bought should be sent once you have solved your inventory problem. |
