Missing untradable gift offer reporting

If you have not received any offer of untradable gifts after 5-10 minutes of purchase, please kindly report your case here with the following information:

1. The time of purchase (preferably the time stated on the Steam Inventory History).
2. The shop / trade URL.
3. The item of purchase and payment, and state how many are received/missing.

NOTE: You have to accept any friend invite coming from the bot in order to receive the gifts. If you have previously ignore the bot's friend invite (which will automatically put the bot in your block list), please do the following:

1. Send http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051653341 a friend invite and wait for it to send you back a friend invite (The bot won't accept your friend invite, but your friend invite would unblock the bot from sending you one.).
2. If (1) does not work, block the bot using the "Block all communication" option, and then unblock it.

One gift is missing for some reason. Returning 23 keys to your shop inventory which could be collected from the shop interface.

I just got another of the same issue though through another bot:

it seems bot traded same items with two traders at about same time and I never got the gift offer.
So I may was well get the keys back if possible and try to get the games from another bot.

This looks pretty weird...We are checking the codes and see how it happened. My guess is that if two or more people are trying to purchase an untradable gifts near the same time, or both pay with CS:GO items (and the API is down), an untradable gifts can be sold for more than 1 time when the purchase request arrives at near the same time.

Please contact the two sellers and ask them to resend gifts / return keys. Since they do not have them in the bot anymore I cannot do anything here.

If they ask about proof, please point them to this post. I can confirm that Asgard Games Shop owes Dao 6x Dying Light (RU+CIS)/ 60 Phoenix Keys and #SERG's SHOP #FAIR PRICES owes Dao 1x Dyling Light (ROW?)/ 15 Phoenix Keys.

After in depth investigation it is related to a tricky locking problem.

The system would check if the items you are buying are already sent in trade offer, at the DATABASE level. However, when popular games like Dying Light are being put online for sales, three or four users all try to purchase the limited stock in the same time, and verification of CS:GO keys payment may take a few seconds to complete. In this case the purchase request of the first user is not yet being written to database, but subsequent purchase requests that specified the same stock may also be allowed to proceed, hence your cases of untradable gifts being "robbed" by other user. (in fact it's just the shop owner took more payments, the other user also paid the fair amount to purchase the gifts.)

This problem only affects buying untradable gifts, because the other trade offers will be cancelled by Steam if any of the trade offers pointing to the same stock get accepted.

Fix is done, I will keep watching if it's sufficient to completely fix this.

Okay, but you need to put in 15 Phoenix Keys to the bot first. I think it's more fair to give him back the same kind of key.
