Missing untradable gift offer reporting

If you have not received any offer of untradable gifts after 5-10 minutes of purchase, please kindly report your case here with the following information:

1. The time of purchase (preferably the time stated on the Steam Inventory History).
2. The shop / trade URL.
3. The item of purchase and payment, and state how many are received/missing.

NOTE: You have to accept any friend invite coming from the bot in order to receive the gifts. If you have previously ignore the bot's friend invite (which will automatically put the bot in your block list), please do the following:

1. Send http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051653341 a friend invite and wait for it to send you back a friend invite (The bot won't accept your friend invite, but your friend invite would unblock the bot from sending you one.).
2. If (1) does not work, block the bot using the "Block all communication" option, and then unblock it.

3. traded 23 csgo keys for 1 gta 5 copy, didn't receive anything even though the site says it's completed

EDIT: Asked the trader to return the keys and he did it, so i don't need the copy now!


Yeah and i wanna my copy back then bcz i see it in bot backpack but dont see on site, Joto

Edit: NVM, got it from bot

EDIT2: And its gone again, i took it from bot, then placed back and its gone. Now i see it in backpack, but cant get. Joto, can you fix it?

3. Bought 1 copy of dead space a while ago but never got the gift, I paid the 1 key and 1 TOD ticket but at the bottom it keeps saying "click here to respond" and when I do so it tells me the offer has expired, but I did send the payment already

I added the owner to talk about it
Edit: It took about 8 hours but I ended up receiving the gift before I talked to the owner so all is good now.

Sorry but I do not know what happened to your GTA V. You said you bought it for 1 key but the owner did not seem to be selling it for 1 key (I read his shop history and he was not selling GTA V but only buying).

I could only return you 1 key to your shop inventory.
