You are probably trying to trade CS:GO items while the API is down (top of the page, little light next to CS:GO should be green, if its red it wont work and you'll get this error). Simply check back later, or contact the seller directly if you're in a rush.

TF2/Dota2 API may down as well, although not as much as CS:GO's. Just retry once in a while.
Also, if you have a lot of CS:GO items (around 700+) or Steam gifts (around 3000+). You may get this error as well as the CS:GO Item API and Inventory json seems to cut off the backpack information around this item number.
