My inventory is less than 300 items,but bot says "inventory capacity..."
I also can't exchange items, and people can't buy from me. Bot isn't sending trade offers to me and to my customers.
Here is what one of my buyer says:

: I get 3 problems, the not sending trade offers, sometimes the steam busy error and this message
