First of all, add the bot to your friendlist via https://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ , under Invite Friend, put in your SteamID64, then you should receive a friend invite.

Then you can send the bot untradable gifts via the Steam send gift option. When you have done, use the "accept game gifts' button to notify the bot to accept the gifts. The python client is not essential for sending gifts.
