I had error with my bot. When customer wanted to buy 3 batches for 1 key each and 1 batch has 2 Tour of Duty Tickets + 1 refined, he got 2 Tickets + 1 refined even though bot asked 3 keys. He didn't realized the error so he accepted the trade offer.
Later, he added me to tell what happened. He gave me screenshot of his trade history: http://i.imgur.com/eUkqU4K.png

He paid 3 keys for 2 Tour of Duty Tickets + 1 refined even though he should got 6 Tour of Duty Tickets + 3 refineds. I gave him rest of the tickets and refineds by trade.
This is first time when this happened to me so what is going on?
