Yesterday I bought the game H1Z1 from a bot on dispenser.tf . While I was playing I got a message from steam that saying that the game has been removed from my accout.
I contact steam and told them about the issue but I just wanted to know how is that possible that a gift that sent to me by a bot can be removed from my accout? And if there is something that an admin or someone can do, since the time it takes to steam support to respond is so long and I want to play my game.

That bot is most likely owned by scammer and he scammed you. Dispenser unfortunately is very wild-west-ish. Customers have to look out for themselves and inspect person who they are trading with. Those gifts that are bought are not bought by dispenser. Bot owner buys them and therefore he can perform credit card chargeback. Next time inspect person who owns bot: in this case http://steamcommunity.com/id/94873629454243/ . Obvious scammer account - throwaway alt.

Sorry to hear that. Just lost 20 keys that way too. But can you write negative rep on his page so we can decrease his chances of scamming someone else?

Looks like an alt of the seller in: https://dispenser.tf/forum/view/16958/ Banned for investigation.

Untradable gifts are not safe at all, they are new gifts that are bought within 30 days and they could be revoked anytime. That is why we have put "buy at your own risk".

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. We can only know it after damage has been done. If the seller intentionally scam you, he won't refund you and Steam won't refund you either as the item is sent via gifting.

Look for sellers with "good accounts" - old accounts, high level badge, good value of backpacks and games owned, a lot of game time etc. Report sellers with "throwaway" here and let me investigate.

My suggestion is to report scammers to Steam and see if you can get their main account flagged. It is the only way to efficiently stop him from scamming more people.
