This is happened before to others too and sometimes is happening for me especially for new trades, I can't find them in the search section when I search for it. Is this Dispenser's fault or just a usual Steam desync / lag thingy?

It is normal to not finding them when a trade is new, it will take time before it gets to the next cache.

Also the current searching system will be obsoleted very soon so there is not really a need to understand it anymore.
