Everybody knows that the "CS:GO API" is almost always lagging or not working good, so this is causing your problem. You can only wait so the keys will reappear in your Dispenser Inventory on the site. By the way Dispenser will update the CS:GO trading system to be API independent so trading will be better with the CS:GO Keys / Items. This problem is very frequent now and lot of people are experiencing it, so don't worry your Keys will appear.
