A few weeks ago I purchased GTA V from a buyer, around 25th or 26th of March, for 21 Keys. Since the release of GTA V the game has been revoked due to payment processing. I've had a few chats with Steam Support and even PC Enthusiasts and all of them say that the buyer had illegally purchased the game with a fraudulent card or something. Steam support has asked me that I contact the purchaser of the item and ask for a refund would that be possible? I only have the Bot's name? Not too sure about the owner himself. If i can contact the shop/bot can I get a refund? Can provide images of Steam Support, and Steam Transaction

I am afraid this is not possible in your case. The person you bought from intentionally scammed and he is already banned. He has no intention to pay people back.
