How to quit a que? and few questions about the site

I've tried buying GTA 5 but when I did all the stuff I and i wanted to exit the que because it got bugged or some shit, nothing happening. How to quit it? http://puu.sh/hnXQZ/94eea1a6bc.png

It normally will not stay in queue forever, we had a temporary problem here which was causing that.
